Megatron - Transformers Concept Art

My design of Megatron with elements of his look based around his gladiator origins, giving him the shape of a natural warrior physique and adding ancient cybertronian patterns tattooed across his body, acting as symbols of his achievements as a fighter. I wanted to the design to be easily recognizable as the original Megatron from G1 we all know and love while at the same time, updating his color scheme to have a more leading presence such as his IDW and Fall of Cybertron counterpart. With his thick and sharp armor paired with his iconic arm cannon, this design I believe represents my impression of Megatron as someone who can command, strategize, fight and strike terror all at the same time.
