Katash - Digital Illustration

Mika Akiyama is a character of my creation, a ronin who was trained in the way of the mystic arts. Losing her sight at a young age, Mika adopted the name Katashi and uses her abilities to hunt down the people responsible for the destruction and death of the school who took her in and more importantly, the master she has lost. This illustration is my latest attempt at adapting her with her powerful sword, Heiwa making her way across a bamboo forest on the journey she has dedicated her life towards.
